Our salt room offers pink Himalayan salt on the walls/floor. This session combines meditation, visualization, movement and breath awareness practices, to help tap into your own healing reserves. This space invites students to practice Yoga in close-proximity. The condensed experience is intentional and part of unearthing potent information, unique to your own process. Modifications can be offered to support injuries so you can be present.
