Winter Solstice Sound Bath Experience

Destress and unwind before the holiday bustle while you enjoy the benefits of guided meditation and various sound healing instruments, such as Crystal Singing Bowls, to create a deeply immersive, full-body listening experience. Sound healing intentionally uses sound to invite gentle, yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to nurture your mind, body and spirit.

What to expect:

6pm: check in and getting settled

6:15 - 7:15: Immersive sound experience

7:15 - 7:30: Enjoy some custom herbal tea curated by Red Fawn Tea & Herbals and browse our retail for last minute gifts.

Please bring a mat, pillow, blanket or anything to aid in your comfort if you choose to lay on the floor. Chairs will also be available.
