In this class we will cover the following: - Meditations, grounding, and protection techniques - How to sense and work with the subtle energies in and around our physical bodies. - A deeper connection to self-awareness, forgiveness and trust.
Prerequisite: Reiki Level 1 and/or 2 Cost: $50, $75 with attunement
