About the event
In this interactive workshop we will learn somatic breathing techniques. Somatic breathing can reduce physical stress, calm the nervous system, and improve oxygen flow to the brain and muscles, leading to increased mental clarity and emotional balance. Reiki is also given to help bring peace and balance to the student's energy system.
