You’ve likely heard words like somatics or embodiment... but these are things that can’t really be understood through explanation alone. They’re FELT. They are an experience 😬
Every week we will join in sisterhood and witness each other in devotion to ourselves.
Through guided embodiment practices, archetypal exploration, and facilitated circle, with an emphasis on nervous system awareness, integration, and real-life application.
This isn’t about fixing anything.
