About the event
Join us for an afternoon of new friendships, movement, fun, interactive community & connection with women just like you! Christina will share a glimpse into her journey and the things she's found helpful as she navigated towards finding herself again after years of putting herself last. She will also share her recipe for her populare MAGNESIUM spray and make it for home.
Christina Schatsiek is a local author, writer, poet, traveler, adventure seeker, speaker, entrepreneur, IDD advocate/abassador, blogger, aromatouch practitioner, Reiki II certified & health and wellness coach. She currently resides in Washington, IL with her adult autistic son, Roger.
Cost: $50(included all supplies for magnesium spray and detailed handout to take home). The journal/poetry book with be available to purchase at a discount at the event for those who attend.
