Sometimes we forget to ask ourselves - What do we REALLY want? Are we truly happy with our live or just going thru the motions?Where do we feel stuck or lack passion or purpose? Attendees will experience breathwork, somatic movement, journaling and most importantly, connect to yourself and other just like you. You will leave feeling calm, connected to the moment, excited and empowered for the possibilities ahead.
Please bring a pen, paper , yoga mat & blanket or towel.
