In this workshop you learn how to transform your thoughts into positive affirmations and visualize your goals. You will learn how to use vision board tools, words and affirmations to motivate yourself and help manifest your dreams. This experience is ideal for individuals, groups or even youth(ages 8+). Strengthen your connections as you encourage each other in a fun and supportive setting. Cost: $15 material fee
